How many people does Coast View accommodate?
Coast View can accommodate up to 10 in five bedrooms.
How many bedrooms does Coast View have?
There are five bedrooms at Coast View, the first three including two doubles and a bunk room are located on the first floor, the final two bedrooms, a double and a twin are situated on the second floor.
How many bathrooms does Coast View have?
There are three full serviced bathrooms at Coast View and two cloakrooms. The first two family bathrooms have walk-in showers and are located on the ground floor along with one of the cloakrooms. The third family bathroom is located on the first floor and finally there is an en-suite cloakroom attached to the second floor double bedroom.
Are dogs welcome?
Two dogs are welcome at Coast View and are charged at £50 each.
What child friendly features does Coast View have?
Coast View is great for children. All staircases have stairgates fixed and there are two travel cots and one high chair available at no additional cost. There is also a bed guard. Please note that cot linen is not provided.
Is Coast View suitable for guests with mobility issues?
Coast View is accessed via a staircase leading up from the road to the front door.
What is the garden like?
The main garden is located to the rear of the house and is fully fenced. There is plenty of shade in the garden and it is split into terraces and lawn.
Where is the hot tub located?
The hot tub is situated on the large front terrace to take advantage of the excellent sea views.
Does the house have sea views from all rooms?
All front and side facing rooms have sea views, the rooms that do not have sea views are the kitchen/dining room and the bunk room.
What equipment is in the kitchen?
Appliances fitted in the kitchen include a dishwasher, an electric oven with grill, a gas hob with five rings, a filter coffee machine, a hand held blender and a fridge/freezer.
Is there WiFi?
WiFi is available at included in the price of the house.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes bed linen and towels are included but we will not be able to provide beach towels or cot linen.
Do the TV’s have freeview, sky, netflix etc?
There are three TV’s at Coast View two are smart TVs with Freeview and the other is just a smart TV. All the TV’s can get Netflix and other WiFi channels such as Amazon Prime.
How do we book Coast View?
The easiest way to book Coast View is via the website, however, you can also book via email or on 01271 377 432.
What do you need to secure a booking?
To secure a booking we will require a 30% deposit, plus a 2% booking fee, which is to cover the administration and processing of the booking.
When is the balance due?
The balance is due eight weeks prior to arrival and will include the refundable security deposit
Is there a security deposit?
The refundable £500.00 security/damage deposit is required when paying the balance. All being well this is returned to you within seven working days of your departure.
Is there a charge for dogs?
Dogs are charged at £50 each.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We can accept payment via debit/credit card, PayPal, online bank transfer and cheque.
What parking is there?
There is designated on-road parking for two cars in front of the garage.
